About ProValue

ProValue was established in 2004 and is jointly owned by KFSA and Triangle Cooperative Services Company.  The creation of ProValue stemmed from significant feedback of common clientele requesting a resource company to assist in the ever changing environment.  The company’s original focus was on business consulting.

In 2006, KFSA’s Human Resource Department was consolidated into ProValue and significant synergies have been attained.  This consolidation has provided us additional depth and opportunities to provide services in a more efficient and effective manner.

Jason invested the first eleven years of his career in the banking industry working with large agri-businesses throughout the Midwest.  Jason serves at ProValue primarily by working with clients to profitably grow their business and manage enterprise risk.

For over 8 years Jim has been providing employee training and HR services to companies in Oklahoma and Texas, he also has experience in team building and leader development for the US army.
